No monthly fee and no minimums. You pay the discounted postage, a small fee per label, and insurance only if you want it.
Postage

Commercial USPS, UPS and FedEx rates, usually well below the counter price. You see the price before you buy.
Label fee

Per label, for the rules check, the paperwork and support. Refunded labels don’t get it back.
Insurance
Their price
Each insurer’s own rate, about 1% of the value for standard coverage. See the options.
Your balance
- Add money to a prepaid balance. Bank transfer is free.
- Labels come out of it at the price you saw. Unused labels can be refunded back to it.
- If a carrier re-measures a box and charges more, the difference comes out of the balance; if they charge less, it goes back in.
- The balance is only for labels. Up to $2,000 can be added a day.
