SmoothShip started inside the firearms and surplus world. We sell armor and tactical gear ourselves, and we kept running into the same problems: label apps that ban anything gun-related, carrier rules that change by item and state, and insurance that quietly won’t pay on a firearm.

So we built the label service we wanted: the rules checked before you pay, every rule linked to its source, paperwork done right, and insurance options that say plainly what they cover. We’re pro-shipping, and pro-doing-it-legally.

What we are, and aren’t

• We sell shipping labels at discounted carrier rates, through a licensed label platform.
• We aren’t a carrier, an insurer or a law firm. The carriers move the box, insurers stand behind their coverage, and our rules are information, not legal advice.
• We don’t hold or move payment for the items you sell.
